The Geniuses At MIT get Rick Rolled Proper Good
Everyone loves a good Rick Rolling but its been around for so long now the casual video link gag is a bit stale. MIT is a world renowned University for them genius types and so when the students decide to Rick Roll their own university, they do it on a slightly grander scale.
The students who pulled the prank noticed that the scaffolding around the Boston research centre’s Great Dome resembled a blank piece of sheet music so under the cover of darkness they put up 8 huge music notes which when played are the first 8 notes of ‘Never Gonna Give You Up’, therefore managing to Rick Roll anyone who looked at the building the next day. Pure genius. The second best Rick Rolling ever was probably when the man himself rick rolled the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade, anyone willing to prank a charity must have some balls.
I really hope this starts a new trend in big scale pranks, the world needs more decent pranks. One of the best pranks ever is the classic ‘really clean shut glass door‘ which is so simple yet effective it makes me giggle like a 5 year old every time I see it.
