Samantha Cameron And The M&S Dresses Scandal!
The country was amazed when they saw Samantha Cameron wearing an off the shelf dress that cost just £65 to a Tory conference a few weeks ago. Cries of “oh look how amazing she is to buy clothes just like us normal people” were heard everywhere and suddenly the Tory party were the new labour and people that did not go to Eton suddenly felt like they wanted to vote for Cameron at the next election. Gordon Brown started to think of ways he could also connect with the ‘common man’ and several failed attempts to persuade Sarah Brown to do a sexy lingerie shoot in Nuts magazine quickly ensued.
But wait! Shock! Horror! It has been revealed by the second best and most honest newspaper in the world*, The Daily Mail, that Samantha Cameron’s dress was not actually off the shelf in the dresses section of Marks & Spencer but was in fact made especially at a cost of £150!
The story goes that the dress was out of stock, so the dress designer was asked to make another one for the Tory hotty, which was duly knocked up but at the cost of £150 which is shocking penniless Daily Mail readers everywhere. To make matters even worse, the unwitting Cameron bought the dress thinking it was an off the shelf item and even got a 20% discount. I am left speechless by this revelation! First I think oh wow she is down to earth and buys cheap dresses like everyone else, then I find out the dress actually cost £150 and it made my stomach turn and then I find out she thought it was still a normal priced dress! I just dont know what or how to think about the whole situation!
Oh no, wait, yes I do. I STILL COULDN’T CARE LESS ABOUT A POLITICIANS WIFE OR HER DRESS
