Oxjam Music Festival 2009
In recent years Oxfam have started putting on a new charity event and they host music events and festivals all through October in most cities. The events have already had some big names playing including, Basement Jaxx, Fatboy Slim, Just Jack and Editors.
Only 3 events have already gone so if you live in Newcastle, Cardiff or Sheffield I hope you had a good time and you did actually go… If you didn’t you can either make a trip to the many places that are having an event this weak or you can still give donations on the site. They also have facepainters at all the gigs that will paint your face in blue to highlight ‘everyone turning blue in the face about climate change‘
