Charity Gifts

silver paper pink ribbon 300x200 Charity Gifts

A few days ago I did a post talking about recycling and mentioned that electronics recycling company ShP are giving away gift certificates for Christmas Hampers from M&S, (the recycle for a reason post) I thought I would just talk a bit about other types of gifts that could be given for this up and coming Christmas.

First off is Charity gifts they are always a brilliant idea for the person who really does have everything, why bother giving them another plastic bit of uselessness that will just be chucked onto a landfill on Boxing Day? (Causing more problems with climate change, like I mentioned before). Charity organisations will happily take your donations in another persons name and send out gifts to people that need them far more than we probably do. You can give farmers in third world countries the ability to feed there family or you can by an ‘executive toy’ to clutter someones desk even more, seems obvious which one is the better gift to me…

It doesn’t have to be a big thing though, even if you just change a little thing such as giving out charity Christmas cards to your friends and family, you give can make a big difference in the long run and you never know you might even feel better about yourself!
